“In order to be open to
creativity, one must have the capacity for constructive use of solitude. One
must overcome the fear of being alone.” ~Rollo May
Who doesn't wanna be like Bradely Cooper in the movie “limitless” ?!
The brain is such a powerful weapon, no such thing as a dumb person and since "Practice makes Perfect" applies to your body, it also applies to how smart you could be. Here's some tips I summarized from an article called“how to exercise your brain to make it stronger?”

Our brain has an ability to
grow and change in response of new challenges.
In a 2011 study by
Lumosity and San Francisco State University researchers, 13 people who did
Lumosity training over 5 weeks improved on tests of brain performance compared
to a group that did not train. On average, those who trained improved working
memory scores by 10% and attention scores by 20%.
The goal of brain training
is not to improve game scores: it’s to improve the underlying core abilities
such as better attention, better memory, higher processing speed, and greater
focus.
Daily Useful Routine for Better Brain Health:
- 7 hours of sleep is much better than 5 or 10 especially when combined with the other practices.
- Exercise is key but you don’t need much. Cognitive performance peaks at about 2-3 workouts per week.
- Read at least 10 minutes every day.
- Play a musical instrument at least once per week
Useful Empowering Games:
Crosswords
