Caught up in the wrong idea

"Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself". This is such a mind opener. We get caught up, overwhelmed and doubtful about who we are and what we should be, yet we never reach a conclusion regarding the answer.  Till we reach the point where we decide that we are lost and lose hope in finding our identity.  The point is, maybe there's no true identity to us and it is our will that constructs a set of characteristics that shall be engraved.
